Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse cauliflower under cold water, remove excess moisture, and cut into bite-sized florets.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper to create the glaze.
- Toss the cauliflower florets in the glaze until fully coated.
- Arrange the coated cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Once baked, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
