Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Zest one lemon into a bowl, then cut it in half and squeeze the juice into another bowl.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet; brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle mozzarella generously over the dough, drizzle with lemon juice, and top with lemon zest.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil, season with salt and pepper, slice, and serve.
